1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment if a client's behavior makes us feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The safety and well-being of our staff is our top priority, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any conduct that compromises this standard.

  • Any inappropriate touching, sexual comments, or suggestive behavior towards staff before or during will result in immediate session termination
  • All treatments will be cancelled immediately without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs
  • Clients must respect professional boundaries and follow all draping protocols for therapist and client safety
  • Threatening language, intimidation, or making therapists feel unsafe will result in permanent service ban and potential legal action
  • Photo ID may be required for pre-booking

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 100% of service fee
  • Cancellations with less than 7 days notice for Chorlton Rooms booking: Chorlton Rooms Fee of £10 will not be refunded
  • Our cancellation policy ensures fair scheduling for all clients and protects our therapists' dedicated time.

3. Bookings Policy

Our online system only allows massage appointments of at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. The online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.

  • Advance booking ensures your preferred time and day
  • Bookings within 24-hour notice are subject to availability and will incur a £25 fee. Please WhatsApp us for availability on 0161 531 4414.

4. Health & Safety Policy

Our wellbeing and your wellbeing is our priority. Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your treatment.

  • A health consultation form before your appointment must be completed
  • Inform therapist of any changes in health status
  • Pregnancy massages require medical clearance after first trimester
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if health conditions pose risks

5. 48-Hour Payment Policy

Full payment is required within 48 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be automatically cancelled. All prices include a consultation and aftercare advice.

  • Payment options including PayPal will be shown on your confirmation email.
  • Paying for your appointment secures your massage booking

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy and comfort are paramount. All treatments are conducted in a professional, respectful environment with appropriate draping techniques.

  • Professional draping maintained throughout treatment
  • You may undress to your comfort level
  • All client information kept strictly confidential
  • Communicate preferences and boundaries freely

7. Gift Cards Policy

Gift Cards are subject availability. 

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from purchase date. Our system will allow us to extend them 3 months if you contact us at least 1 week before the expiry date.
  • A £10 replacement fee per Gift Card applies in the case you lose or misplace your Gift Card.

8. Travel Fee Policy

Locations within 10 miles of Chorlton Rooms (postcode M21 0RQ) will not incur a travel fee. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee will apply based on the round-trip distance.

  • £5 per 10 miles outside 10 mile radius
  • Travel fee applies to and from location

9. Upgrade Policy

If you wish to upgrade your booking—whether by extending your massage session or including an additional person—please notify us as early as possible. You may also speak directly with your practitioner, subject to their availability.

  • Upgrades requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability and will incur a £25 fee.
  • To request an upgrade for additional time, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0161 531 4414

10. Events Policy

For events & employee wellness days, please contact us for a quote and include how many people require a massage.

  • Employee Wellness Day services are charged at £120 per hour, with a minimum booking requirement of two hours.
  • We offer bespoke services for corporate & business events, special pccasions and health & wellness experiences.

11. Hotel Business Rate Policy

We offer our 5-star massage service exclusively to 5-star hotels at a rate of £120, allowing your guests to book directly through your website.

  • Hotel massage bookings are subject to availability
  • Hotels we collaborate with are required to provide on-site car parking. If parking is unavailable, a massage table must be provided on-site for our use.
  • Partner hotels are featured in our marketing materials, enhancing visibility and attracting wellness-focused guests.

12. Memberships Policy

Due to high demand, we offer self-care massage memberships to provide greater convenience and help clients save time and money. By having a membership, you agree to the following subscription terms.

  • Monthly massage massage are non-refundable and non transferable.
  • Unused massage sessions do not carry over to the following month and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time; however, repeatedly renewing and canceling is not permitted.
  • Membership benefits must be used within the billing period—either within the month or week corresponding to the billing date.
  • Memberships do not include the Chorlton Rooms fee or travel fees. If you would like your membership to cover these charges, please contact us for further assistance.
