SpaPLUS reserves the right to and may change these terms at any time and will post such changes online. All cancellations, or reschedules, for bookings require a 24 hour notice or the appointment will be charged in full. Clients will never be charged for a cancellation if it is made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
All bookings are subject to request, suitability and availability. We are not a walk in service. Appointments only.
Spa facilities are only available at our partner Health Clubs & Hotels.
Using our services may require us to collect certain types of Special Categories of personal data (also known as sensitive personal data) which might include health and medical information. We will only collect such information where you give it to us and when it is directly relevant to your visit and spa treatment. If you have any allergies or intolerances we will note these on your Customer Record for your wellbeing. Please note that we are not a medical service, if you have any medical concerns, we advise that you seek medical advice from your GP.
