All you need for a home massage is a space of about 6 feet, suitable for a massage table, along with 3 large towels, 2 standard-sized pillows, and 1 small towel. Don't worry if you don't have exactly these items — we can work with what you do have.
A minimum of one massage per month is recommended for stress relief, relaxation, and overall body maintenance. If you have chronic muscle tension, pain, or are recovering from an injury, every 1–2 weeks may be more beneficial.

We cover the Manchester and Cheshire area. If your location is over 10 miles away from Chorlton Rooms (M21 0RQ) a travel fee of £5 per 10 miles to and from your location will apply.
We are based in Chorlton. If you prefer to go out for your massage, you can choose to book your massage at Chorlton Rooms for a £10 fee.
